Cattle fence should be 48″ tall with one strand of barb where hog fence can be from 35″ – 48″ in height. Tall fence for deer is recommended most of all since they can jump so into the air and clear standard height fencing. Horse fence you want tight squares so they cannot get themselves caught in it and possibly injuring their leg.
